"Better than I expected"
I ordered from NDZ Performance mostly because they had a lot more custom options than I thought they would. Maybe I was overthinking it, but I kept second-guessing my choices with the colors, engraving, and little details. The whole process was actually easy though, and the part showed up looking exactly how I pictured it. Shipping was normal and there were no issues. i’m happy with it and I’ll probably order from them again

i mean, I’ve ordered from ndzperformance.com a couple times now and both experiences were totally smooth. The site was easy to use, the prices felt fair, and everything showed up when it was supposed to. No weird issues or extra headaches, which is all I’m looking for when I shop online. I’d definitely order from them again

"Parts are holding up, but I felt ignored"
I ordered a couple of small parts from NDZ Performance and they’ve been on my pistol for a few months now. To be fair, the parts themselves have held up really well—no chips, no weird wear, and everything still fits tight. I’m not exactly gentle with my gear either, so I’m happy with the quality. That said, the overall experience left me feeling a bit ignored, like my order or any follow-up wasn’t really a priority. Good parts, just wish the customer side felt a little more attentive.

"Good selection, but kind of hit or miss"
They’ve got a decent amount of parts and accessories, and I actually found a couple things here that I couldn’t track down on other sites. Browsing the categories was mostly easy too, which I appreciated. That said, it’s one of those experiences that feels like it works when it wants to. Some of the stuff I needed was out of stock, and a few items had barely any options. The selection is good, just not great. I’d probably check back again, but I definitely wouldn’t call it a one-stop shop.

Shipping was slow, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really do much to help at first. That said, they weren’t rude or anything, and the order did eventually show up, so it wasn’t the worst experience, just a little frustrating.

I really like that the parts are made in the USA because it just feels better supporting something local, and while the shipping was totally fine and arrived without any real issue, the checkout process did feel a little clunky to me and could probably be smoother...

Ordered this part because it said it would fit my model, and to be fair, it mostly did. It just needed a bit of adjusting before it actually sat right, because apparently “compatible” comes with a small DIY bonus round. Not the end of the world, but I was expecting more of a straightforward fit. Shipping was fine, no complaints there. The compatibility info could definitely be clearer though

"Arrived on time, but the packaging was disappointing"
My order did show up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was kind of frustrating. The box was beat up when it got here, and the parts inside had way too much room to move around. Thankfully nothing ended up damaged, but it easily could have been. For something I paid for and waited on, I really expected it to be packed more securely...

The finish had scratches on it and didn’t look like the pictures at all. I was expecting something nicer based on what was shown, so when it arrived looking like that, I was just like, come on now.

The order itself went fine, but the updates were slow. I kept waiting for someone to follow up and let me know what was going on, but that never really happened. I ended up having to check in myself, which was a bit frustrating. Not a terrible experience overall, but the communication definitely needs improvement...
